One day all the employees reached the office and they saw a big advice on the door on which it was written: “Yesterday the person who has been hindering your growth in this company passed away. We invite you to join the funeral in the room that has been prepared in the gym”.  In the beginning, they all got sad for the death of one of their colleagues, but after a while they started getting curious to know who was that man who hindered the growth of his colleagues and the company itself.
 
The excitement in the gym was such that security agents were ordered to control the crowd within the room. The more people reached the coffin, the more the excitement heated up. Everyone thought: “Who is this guy who was hindering my progress? Well, at least he died!”  One by one the thrilled employees got closer to the coffin, and when they looked inside it they suddenly became speechless.  They stood nearby the coffin, shocked and in silence, as if someone had touched the deepest part of their soul. There was a mirror inside the coffin: everyone who looked inside it could see himself.
 
There was also a sign next to the mirror that said: “There is only one person who is capable to set limits to your growth: it is YOU.” “You are the only person who can influence your happiness, your realization and your success. You are the only person who can help yourself.  Your life does not change when your boss changes, when your friends change, when your partner changes, when your company changes. Your life changes when YOU change, when you go beyond your limiting beliefs, when you realize that you are the only one responsible for your life.”
 
Moral: The world is like a mirror: it gives back to anyone the reflection of the thoughts in which one has strongly believed. The world and your reality are like mirrors lying in a coffin, which show to any individual the death of his divine capability to imagine and create his happiness and his success. It’s the way you face Life that makes the difference.

1.) The first you need to do is you should have a icon image. Then you should upload this image to a image hosting site which will help you store your image and then use it in your site.

Trying to build a new me

Today i am about to start my blog. The blog will contain all types of stuff. Useful and some fatu too. I will be sharing the stuffs which i will be learning in my lyk. Everything about new technology,new good videos, new Gadgets, also the small-2 things learnt by me in lyf.

Starting with this, today i had my Computer Graphics Term End exam. The Paper was good and was very much the same like it was in in the mid Semester xams and also the pattern was same as like the other xams,more from CAT I,II syllabus and less from the rest. Now i have my last exam of Engg on 1st December. Thinking what 2 do these 4 days. Want to spend these 4 days doing some effective, useful work. So I decided why not to start with the blogging stuff.

I will write blog more often from now.

Multiply two numbers who differs from a small even no.

its so simple...


When two numbers differ by two their product is always the square of the number in between them minus 1.
12×14 = (13×13)-1 = 168.
16×18 = (17×17)-1 = 288.
99×101 = (100×100)-1 = 10000-1 = 9999


If two numbers differ by 4 then their product is the square of the number in the middle (the average of the two numbers) minus 4.
11×15 = (13×13)-4 = 169-4 = 165.
13×17 = (15×15)-4 = 225-4 = 221.


If the two numbers differ by 6 then their product is the square of their average minus 9.
12×18 = (15×15)-9 = 216.
17×23 = (20×20)-9 = 391.
isnt it very easy...
u dont need to be genius..

Multiply any no. by "11" easily..

here is the trick...

When always multiplying a large number by 11, the last number will always be the last number of the sum we are multiplying.

Let me explain.

176 is the number we are multiplying.

So the last number in out answer will be 6. If the sum was 143 the last number in our answer would be 3... get it?

So now what? Easy, just add the next number to the last number, 7 + 6 = 13 So the next last number will be 3, carry the 1. Add the 7 and 1 together, giving 8, then add the carried 1, 9 then write that number as our next part of the answer, 936

Then, the last number will be the first number in our sum, in this case 1.

So the answer is 1936.
